We are looking for an amazing Digital Marketing Manager who loves, lives, and breathes digital marketing, to become a part of our creative gang, to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Daily responsibilities:
- Participates, proposes, and develops ideas, branding concepts, and content
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies
- Works closely with marketing and creative production to develop brand strategies and digital campaigns’ contents for internal and external communication across all media channels
- Plans and executes all digital marketing, marketing databases, emails, social media, and displays advertising campaigns
- Makes plans, edits, and maintains digital dailies (website, social networks, Mailchimp…)
- Uses and creates on social media daily
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborates with agencies and third parties
- Develops and monitors campaign budgets
- Identifies the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry
- Possesses exceptional knowledge of internet culture
- Maintains website
- Has a methodical and thorough approach to work
- Prioritizes workflows and identifies the right order in which to complete tasks
- Understands and follows guidelines
Qualifications and skills:
- B.A. / B.S. Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Media and Communication or relevant field and/or 5+ years of experience in a professional environment and work proving this
- CV or Portfolio related to the references above
- *Degree and work experience requirements may be waived if candidates can show exceptional skills.
- Proficient written and verbal skills in English
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising position
- Hands–on experience with MS Office and WordPress
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Shows passion, curiosity, and experience in making creative content on social media platforms—tweets, TikTok videos, Instagram visuals, Youtube edits…
- Good CMS skills
- Knowledge in creating and implementing Google Search Campaign
- Possesses a creative, positive, and flexible attitude
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Capable of adapting to work in larger teams and advanced project management
- Eager to learn
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience in Film, Animation, Creative production, or advertising agency working with clients from the related fields
- Experience in video production
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Ad Manager, Facebook Business ManagerMailchimp, Hubspot

Iervolino Studios is an animation company based in Serbia, with the main focus on creating high-quality short animated content for streaming platforms worldwide. It is a part of the international production company ILBE Group, founded by Andrea Iervolino and Lady Monika Bacardi in Rome in 2011 and operating in the field of film and television production.
We are proud of the fact that all phases of the creative process will be carried out in Serbia – from the initial idea to the distribution of our animated content worldwide.
