Why are we looking for you?
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Administrator with excellent organizational and communication skills to join the team. Front desk administrator is the first face you see when you enter our creative business and is crucial for day-to-day operations.
In order to ensure successful accomplishment of all relevant tasks, this person should be experienced and skillful in office administration, but even more than that, he/she should be pleasant in all aspects so that the one who enters feels welcome and at home there. Our prospective FDA should have excellent command of English language, as well as of Serbian.
Daily responsibilities
- Reporting to the executive assistant;
- Performing administrative tasks;
- Receiving and sending deliveries and letters, answering the phone, conducting internal communication;
- Classifying and archiving documents;
- Maintaining the Register of documentation;
- As required, scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events;
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner;
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents;
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements;
- Maintaining the pleasant appearance of the front area, while sustaining professional etiquette;
- Carrying out courier tasks, mail receipt and delivery
- Performing other tasks as required by his/her superiors;
Qualifications and skills:
- 2 years’ experience in a professional environment is an asset;
- High school diploma (if related to office administration or equivalent field, this will be an asset);
- Strong attention to details;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suits and emails;
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers and scanners;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Serbian as well;
- Open for feedback and constructive advice;
- Able to work in fast-pace environment.
It’s a plus if you have:
- Solid written and verbal skills in Italian.
